The UK’s youngest ever 2-star michelin chef Tom Aikens recently stayed
and tasted the hotel’s dessert and thought it was pretty fine! High praise
indeed.
Welsh breakfast is served every day. All lunch and meals must be pre-booked
(24 hours minimum please) if required. We will also happily make you packed
lunches if you want to get out and explore.
